Who is Scarlit? Scarlit Solutions Limited was founded in 2000 by me, Celia James, a programmer of 15 years experience. The objective of the business is to provide solid computer software to meet the clients’ requirements. Although essentially a one man business, there are a team of professionals whom I call upon to assist with larger or more complex projects. These are specialists in graphic design, technical writing and software development. Who are your clients? Our client list varies greatly from the very large (eg. Panasonic, The Kier Group) to the very small (eg. Westra Dog Kennels, 3D Thinking Ltd) and somewhere in  between (National Consumer Councils of England, Scotland and Wales, The United Nations Staff College in Turin). Where is Scarlit?
